Your festival, in everyone's pocket. Without depending on signal.
Noxta is your event's official information layer — lineup, map, prices, operational notices — in a white-label app your team loads and edits without a developer.

Fifteen minutes on a call, or open the attendee app and look around first.
What you are working with today
Information during the event runs on tools that were never built for it.
Instagram stories
Needs mobile data, gone in 24 hours, no search, no structure.
WhatsApp and Telegram groups
They work until the same question arrives for the fiftieth time: what time does X play?
The lineup as a PDF
It sits in a phone gallery. It does not change when you change a set time.
An app built to order
What the big festivals have. Six figures, plus a development team you then have to keep.
Set up in an afternoon
Four steps, all of them from a phone.
01
You load your data
Lineup, stages, prices, FAQ. Structured in the admin panel — no code, and no spreadsheet handed to a developer.
02
You get a short code
Three to six letters, yours to choose. That is your festival's front door, and the only thing an attendee types.
03
Your team edits live
Role-based staff panel: production, bars, security and comms each see and change what is theirs.
04
You share the link or the QR
Newsletter, Instagram bio, signage at the gate. Wherever you already talk to your crowd.
What you are buying
Built for a festival weekend, not adapted from a generic events app.
Offline as the premise
Not "degrades gracefully". The data loads and stays on the device, which is what a forest with two bars of signal asks for.
Changes land immediately
Move a set time in the panel and the next attendee who opens the app has it. No deploy, no developer, no waiting.
Roles, not one shared password
Each area sees its own surface. Nobody deletes the lineup from the bar.
Your accent colour
The app takes your festival colour across every screen, so it does not read as a template with your logo dropped on it.
No attendee accounts, no ads
Nothing to sign up for. Artist ratings are pseudonymous, usage numbers are aggregate, and nothing is sold to a third party — an easier privacy story for your own comms.
Schedule conflicts
When an attendee saves two sets that overlap, the app says so before one of them is missed.
Pricing
Per event. The tiers below are a starting point for a conversation, not a quote.
| Tier | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Pilot / case study | Free. The trade is access to the field and a published case study. |
| Single event | Flat fee per festival, scaled by attendance. Includes the first data load and the staff panel. |
| Annual | Discounted renewal, and priority support during the event itself. |
| Add-ons | Custom branding, already supported. Post-event analytics. Alerts outside the app once they exist. |
Exact figures are set case by case, once we know your size and your dates.
What Noxta is not
It is not a critical-alert channel and it does not replace your medical or security crews. Noxta carries operational information: set times, stage changes, prices, opening hours. We would rather say this in the first meeting than after you sign.
Everything on this page is something the product does today. Anything still to come is marked as such.
